It wasn’t as successful as it should’ve been, but it was ok.
• Colleges that you would like to attend?
I would like to attend a HBCU, but any college that will offer me a full scholarship.
• Colleges that have shown interest in you so far?
Albion College has shown some interest and a few other recruiters have contacted my AAU coach as well.
• What makes you unique from other players at your position?
I play with my speed, with a lot of energy, I am a full court defender & I am a pass first guard.
• Strengths and areas you are improving in?
My strengths are passing, ball control, defense and attacking the rim. Areas that I’m improving in is my pull up mid range game.
• Goals for the upcoming AAU season?
To win Nationals and to gain more interests.
• What role do you see your self having this year for your team?
The role I see myself having this year will be the pass first guard to get my team into the offense, make my teammates aware of their role, creating good shots for others and to be the loudest on the floor at all times.
• What will a coach be getting out of you at the next level?
They will be getting a small but tough, coachable guard that loves to play defense and get his teammates involved.
• What will go into your decision about choosing a college?
Making sure the school is right for me.
• Most influential person in your life? Why?
My mother and sister because they are always there for me, their at all my games and they tell me about myself whether it’s good or bad. They want to see me play at the next level so I go hard for them.
• Legacy you want to leave at your school?
Legacy I want to leave, is that I was a go-getter type of person that stayed humble and used the opportunities that was given to me. Also, I want to be the first team at Detroit King to win a state title.
• Where do you see yourself in 15 years?
Around the game of basketball.
