Very Early C/O 2017 Watchlist

3 Jul

imagesThe future of Michigan high school basketball has arrived. The incoming freshmen class will have to continue the strong tradition in the State of Michigan of producing some of the top players in the country. Though they have not stepped on a high school court yet, the players mentioned below have all had tremendous AAU Seasons and Summers so far. In this class we already have a player who recently received an offer, Jermaine Jackson Jr. from Eastern Michigan, but within a couple of high school seasons, any of the players on the list could have multiple offers.

1. Jermaine Jackson Jr. PG (Mt. Clemens/ Michigan Hurricanes)

2. William Weems Wing (Undecided on a school)

3. Brian Bowen Wing (Saginaw Arthur Hill)

4. Xavier Tillman Forward (Forest Hills Central/ Grand Rapids Storm)

5. Jack Ballantyne Guard (De La Salle/ Michigan Hurricanes)

Think your list is a little off Xavier Tillman easily #1 kid in that class. He completely shut down Will Weemes at AAU State tournament and put up 20+ on him.

Also I think your missing another kid from Grand Rapids. 5’9 PG Christian Rodriguez Godwin Heights/Grand Rapids Storm. Has been hands down best PG in 2017 class. Not only can he score it but he has great court vision and an extremely High IQ for the game. Makes the game easy for his teammates.
