16 Dec

Flint Northern: 71 West Bloomfield 67- Raymond Lewis scored 18 for the Northern Vikings.

Gibraltar Carlson 70 Saginaw Buena Vista 53- Jr. guard Jared Henson totaled 23 for the Marauders.

Ypsilanti 52 North Farmington 32- The Phoenix recieved good guard play from freshman Corey Allen.  The front line of Ypsilanti caused problems all game for the Raiders.  Led by LaVonte Davis’ 18 points.

Ann Arbor Huron 92 Taylor Truman 68- Jr. Point Guard Antonio Henry scored 17 for Huron, while jr. Aaron Foster-Smith added 27 in the losing effort for Truman.

Saginaw Arthur Hill 77 Detroit King 67- Only leading by two going into halftime, Arthur Hill would come out fast to start the second-half, which was started by a highlight dunk by senior wing Jalen Adams.  King would make things interesting in the 4th, but in the end, sophomore sensation Eric Davis put Arthur Hill on his back.  Going for 30 points in capturing the game MVP.  Adams had 19 points.

Saginaw 57 Southeastern 56- The battle of two top ten ranked teams in the state proved to be one of the best games I have ever been to.  Southeastern had the Trojans on the ropes throughout the entire first half, building a 31-19 lead going into the lockers, in large part due to the big men of the Jungaleers, causing problems on the offensive boards for Saginaw.  Never count out a champion, the defending Class A champions, Saginaw, would pick up the defensive intensity in the second.  Keon Addison proved to be the playmaker the Trojans would need, being a defensive leader for Saginaw, as well as putting up 15.  Markell Bradshaw and Julian Henderson both added 14 for the Trojans.
